Rome Viharo is an entrepreneur, systems architect, and pioneer in collective intelligence and digital media, specifically the creation and distribution of content.

With 27 years of experience at the intersection of media and technology, he has specialized in the creation, distribution, and systems design of web and network based content, products, ecosystems and platforms, consulting with some of the largest brands and agencies in the world.

Since 2013, Viharo has been funded as a solutions engineer, developing innovative products and strategies to solve persistent challenges in content creation, publishing, and audience engagement.

His early career as an internet strategist positioned him at the forefront of viral media and critical mass content, where he led major agencies and global brands through their first successful digital and social media campaigns—including YouTube’s first paid media initiatives across six Super Bowl events. He sold his first company in 2012.

In 2015, he was funded to design, engineer and pilot Private Internet Publishing, an alternative to Google’s ad-tech ecosystem and the first GDPR compliant content distribution platform. This platform introduced a new model for publishing content across the web—simultaneously and without reliance on data collection or targeting.

Viharo’s current venture, Symbiquity, represents the culmination of two decades of research into collaborative systems and communication. It builds on his "accidental" discovery of Conversational Game Theory in 2002—a framework for transforming dialogue into structured, evolving content.

In 2008, he began a 12-year collaboration with Professor Jim Fallon at UC Irvine to refine the algorithm behind this system. Their work led to the successful realization of the theory in 2020, forming the foundation for Symbiquity’s platform and mission.

Dr. Ashton Sperry specializes in artificial intelligence, game theory, and the philosophy of science. In his scholarly research, he uses reinforcement learning to develop learning models in game theory, wherein agents interact within dynamic environments and optimize strategic actions through belief-revision processes.

Before transitioning to the commercial sector, he was a Visiting Assistant Professor of Philosophy at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He has two books under contract: A Theory of Bounded Rationality and Learning in Games (Lexington Books) and The Encyclopedia-ish of Artificial Intelligence and Game Theory (Apress Media).
